CDC of Tampa has rehabilitated 50 homes, preserving existing housing stock and improving living conditions for residents.

Through strategic housing initiatives, 649 rental units have been developed or supported, increasing access to safe and affordable housing options.

The Wealth Builders program has empowered 211 individuals with financial education, tools, and resources to build long-term economic stability.

Through emergency support efforts, CDC of Tampa has provided $2,308.40 in emergency shelter assistance, helping individuals and families navigate urgent housing needs.

Rental & Utility Assistance
CDC of Tampa has supported 737 clients with critical rental assistance, helping prevent displacement and promote housing stability during times of need. In addition, the organization has distributed $274,199 in rental and utility assistance, ensuring families can remain safely housed while maintaining essential services.
