CDC of Tampa is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed lawn and landscaping contractors to provide maintenance, debris removal, and landscaping services across CDC-owned properties within Hillsborough County. Services encompass vacant lots pending construction, mini-subdivisions under development, and commercial properties requiring routine maintenance. Details provided at the Pre-bid meeting.
