Knoll Pine Way

Thank you for your interest in our Knoll Pine Way RFP.

There are two separate homes that relate to this RFP. The construction plans for each are listed below as Model 1 and Model 2.

A subset of 14 homesites in the Knoll Pine Way community are allocated for this RFP. Model 1 homes will be constructed on seven lots. Model 2’s homes will be constructed on the other seven lots. All bids MUST include complete construction pricing for seven (7) Model 1 homes and seven (7) Model 2 homes.
