Established in 2014, the Suit-Up & Show-Up event has served over 900 young men. The event is designed to teach participants valuable life skills in the business world, while also giving them the proper clothing to help them on their journey. Participants will gain experience in the business world from individual speakers and group panelists. These panelists also help participants set goals that will lead them to a more successful life. The hands-on approach exposes the young men to positive role models that they can connect to and will have a lasting impact. Our overall goal is for these young men to have the confidence to move forward in life and give them the tools to succeed.
