100 Youth Leadership Movement
The 100 Youth Leadership Movement program offers activities that are attractive to young people, foster their healthy development, and elicit participation at a level significant enough to make a positive difference in their lives.
Prodigy Cultural Arts Program Prodigy is a research proven, community cultural arts program where life skills like communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills are infused into the visual and performing arts programming.
A Community
Youth Advisory (CYA) is assigned to each youth to guide, motivate, assist and support the youth through the program. Each family, youth and parent, along with his/her CYA develops an individualized achievement plan (IAP) that assesses the youth's academic skills, employability needs and personal goals.
The 100 Youth Leadership Movement program offers activities that are attractive

challenging opportunities.
The program assists young people to achieve a path of self
sufficiency through obtaining a high school diploma, pursuing a college education, and securing
employment. Activities focus areas include academics, employability, and financial literacy,
delivered through effective youth development.

Prodigy Cultural Arts Program
The East Tampa Prodigy Cultural Arts Program integrates artistic instruction, case management
program management, and research into a coherent model in order to produce effective and replicable programming and research into a coherent model in order to produce effective and replicable programming.
Prodigy is designed to improve the life chances of at-risk children and youth by exploring the extent to which the juvenile justice system and community-based organizations can successfully engage young people in artistic endeavors – through art instruction, affect the quality of life, the community functioning, and school performance of participating children and youth.
The CDC of Tampa, Inc. (East Tampa Prodigy) is a subcontracted Prodigy provider primarily for the East Tampa area.
CDC of Tampa, Inc. has demonstrated cooperation and collaboration efforts with multiple organizations to enhance the services provided by the program. Some of our school partners includes Middleton High School, Hillsborough High School, Franklin Middle School, Brandon High School, Wharton High School, Gaither High School, Greco Middle School, Plant High School, Freedom High School, Leto High School, Buchcanan Middle School and Tampa Bay Tech High School.
