The Career Resource Center provides services to low and moderate income, according to federal poverty guideline, individuals facing the greatest barriers to employment. Our typical clients fall among the hardest to employ - those who have limited training, skills, and resources in finding employment. Those hardest to employ also include the ex-offender population, TANF and TANF eligible clients, and non-custodial parent.

Become a homeowner! Our free Home Buyer Orientation will inform you about CDC's services the steps to Homeownership, and the resources available to you, including, down payment assistance. This information session will help you answer the question, "Is Homeownership right for me?"

Job Seekers Orientation: Wednesday (8:30am)
Learn how to overcome barriers of getting hired! You will receive support from intake to employment. Attendance of NEW Jobseeker's workshop and orientation is required. The workshop provides an introduction to the CDC of Tampa, as well as discussions of work ethics, and the steps needed to build the foundation for success.
